Buyers may return items that are still new and sealed for a full refund.  If the seller has delivered the WRONG item (not what was ordered) a prepaid shipping label will be sent for the return.

If the BUYER has purchased the wrong item or has "buyers regret" and just changed their mind the BUYER is responsible for paying the cost of the return.

Since all items are sent with a tracking number, an item marked as "delivered" by the USPS or UPS is considered proof of delivery.

It is strongly suggested if a buyer is returning an item that they are paying for the return that the buyer use a service with tracking AND notify the seller of that number when the item is shipped.

Any items returned damaged, opened, missing parts, or otherwise unsellable as new will incur a charge since the items can no longer be sold as new.
